Baringhup Single Vineyard Shiraz

This is our premium Shiraz. A single vineyard Shiraz made from fruit grown at our Baringhup vineyard close to the township of Maldon. A slighter cooler climate and rich red clay soils here produce an elegant Shiraz with leather, tobacco and blackberry characters.
